Every Professional Deserves a Mentor
Whether you have just started in admission or have a few years under your belt, you may find the admission office to be a challenging and sometimes isolated place.
Because the admission function is so specialized, independent school admission professionals can find themselves with many questions and too few proven answers.
The Mentoring Initiative is run by the Admission Leadership Council, which recruits experienced colleagues and carefully matches them with candidates desiring a mentor. This year's committee co-chairs are Kimberly Carter, Branksome Hall School (ON, Canada) and Aaron Mieszczanski, Harvard-Westlake School (CA).
