The Winchendon School, a grade 9-12 boarding school in Winchendon, MA, has undergone a significant institutional change in recent years and called for admission leaders to see themselves as leaders in program transformation.This presentation provides you with a focus on schools that have gone through -or are about to go through- major institutional change. It presents some communication and marketing strategies that can effectively highlight that change to a variety of audiences, and the role the admission and leadership teams must play in telling their stories in order attract, yield, and retain students in a very competitive marketplace.
