He oversees testing logistics and processing as well as customer support for our families and members. Tom was instrumental in the expansion of our testing accommodations program to ensure students with disabilities are able to take the SSAT for independent school admission. He is also devoted to ensuring the security of the test and its administration.Tom is a graduate of Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication, learning, and design.
Tom is committed to making sure all aspects of our testing delivery and support systems run smoothly. With us since 2002, he has held many roles on our testing and research team, learning all the ins and outs of logistics and support.
