Director of Professional Development
Jennifer has held diverse roles throughout her extensive tenure at The Enrollment Management Association (EMA). In her current position, she oversees the planning and execution of the company's annual conference which draws 1600+ attendees, coordinates member events, collaborates closely with EMLC Faculty and leads over 100+ EMA member volunteers to deliver premier professional development opportunities in enrollment management.
Before joining EMA, Jennifer began her career at Garrison Forest School (MD) as an Assistant Director of Admission. She is an alumna of Wyoming Seminary (PA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Syracuse University, as well as a Master of Science in Education and Counseling from St. Lawrence University.
