His current role revolves around leading new and ongoing research programs to improve the Character Skills Snapshot while also writing research reports, planning and executing studies, and conducting statistical analyses.
Previously, Jake worked as a psychometrics research analyst for EMA. Jake holds a Master of Science in psychology from Arizona State University and is finishing his doctorate degree in quantitative psychology at McGill University.
