Giowanna started her career at The Enrollment Management Association in 2009 in the test services department and then moved into the data analytics and test production departments. She holds an associate’s degree from The Chubb Institute, where she majored in multimedia design and completed classwork in statistics. Giowanna has also been trained to work with InDesign software.
Giowanna is a valuable member of the assessment team. She manages logistics for testing accommodations, scoring of irregularities, conducts hand score requests, creates benchmark analysis reports, extracts data for psychometric analysis, and assists with test layout.
