Elizabeth Abernethy is an Associate Product Manager at the Enrollment Management Association (EMA), dedicated to enhancing admission assessment and enrollment solutions for schools, students, and families. Joining the team in February 2025, she collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and refine products that provide unparalleled leadership and service in meeting the needs of the independent school community. Her work primarily focuses on assessments and admissions, driving innovation across multiple products within the organization.

Before joining EMA, Elizabeth worked at an ed-tech startup, leading initiatives for multiple tools designed to support families in the alternative education space. With a background in physics and experience as a software developer, she brings a strong analytical and technical perspective to product development.

Passionate about education, Elizabeth is motivated to create and inspire change that empowers the next generation to thrive. She believes education is not one-size-fits-all and is committed to developing solutions that foster unique and personalized learning experiences for every student.
