He began his career in public accounting, working for Deloitte & Touche and CohnReznick. He then moved on to internal audit roles with Wyeth (now Pfizer), Akzo Nobel and Orchid Cellmark, where he started and led the Internal Audit department. David then began his career in the nonprofit sector as the Director for Finance for the Armenian Missionary Association of America (AMAA). During that time, he implemented an ERP system, strengthened internal controls and reporting, and streamlined many processes. He later went on to join Candid (GuideStar) as their Director of Finance.David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master of Theology from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Outside of work, David enjoys traveling and volunteering where he can. Most of all, he also enjoys spending time with his family, especially taking trips down the shore and watching sports with them.
David comes to the Enrollment Management Association with a strong background in public accounting, internal audit, and non-profit accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience.
