During Keenan's time at La Salle College Preparatory, the school's enrollment has grown from 599 students in 2020 to over 670 students in 2023 while concurrently developing new ways to equitably enroll mission-aligned students from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Keenan also worked collaboratively to develop a new net tuition management program. He spearheaded the creation of a new Enrollment Management Department responsible for admissions, scholarships, retention, financial aid, marketing, communications, and branding.
Over the last year, Keenan has also worked to share valuable insights and perspectives with schools across the Lasallian Western district and had the privilege of serving in the EMA mentorship program.
As a part of his continuous learning and professional development, Keenan is currently enrolled in the University of Southern California's Enrollment Management and Policy master's degree program. He will complete his studies in May 2024.
