Amy has worked at her beloved alma mater, Ransom Everglades School, since 2002. As the Director of Admission and Enrollment Management, she navigates prospective students and parents through the complex processes of admission and financial aid with an unwavering commitment to making each family feel valued. Amy infuses her interactions with a personal touch, underscoring the importance of empathy and kindness throughout the admission journey.

Prior to her tenure in admissions, Amy served in various capacities within the independent school sector, including English teacher, advisor, mentor, and athletic coach for volleyball, basketball, and track. She is proud to have been inducted into Ransom Everglades School’s Athletic Hall of Fame for her contributions as a student-athlete.

Amy's extensive involvement with the Enrollment Management Association (EMA) for over two decades exemplifies her dedication to professional growth and leadership within the national admission community. Her numerous roles within EMA include serving on the Board of Trustees as a member of the Executive Committee and chairing the Member Services Committee. She is a faculty member of the Admission Training Institute (ATI) and has served on the Admission Leadership Council (ALC) and the Strategic Planning Design Team. Additionally, Amy has presented at the annual conference multiple times, contributed to The Yield magazine and co-chaired the Computer-Based Testing Committee, among other pursuits.

Amy’s professional background has been enriched through a broad range of involvement with professional, community and religious organizations including the South Florida Admission Directors Consortium, The Miami Project and Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis, Women of Tomorrow, Breakthrough Miami and St. George Cathedral. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys savoring the vibrant offerings of her native Miami, Florida, alongside her husband, Eric, and their two daughters, Abigail and Ava. They frequently attend volleyball tournaments to support their daughters and cherish time spent with their extended family.
