Will families in the process of applying via the Standard Application Online (SAO) lose any information input prior to the August 1 rollover maintenance lockdown? Or, will their application be intact once access is restored?

No, all data will be stored during our annual rollover maintenance window, which will be released at midnight Eastern time on August 1. Families will be able to resume work on their application once access is restored.
