Who do I connect with for issues related to SAO data integration?

EMA integrates with several software partners free of charge to members. Members should provide these credentials to their software vendor to create a data bridge that allows seamless integration of the SAO to the vendor's software. If you experience issues with this integration, first reach out to your software vendor to see if there is an issue at their end of the integration. However, if the issue is determined to be related to the SAO, EMA will work directly with the partners to resolve the issue.
