What is the “Special Instructions” option used for?

If there is additional information you would like to share, you can write it under the “Special Instructions” step of the setup wizard and the student will be able to view it on their SAO dashboard.

Many schools use this section as an opportunity to talk to prospective students about specific application process timelines, checkpoints, and processes. You can really use it for anything that you would like to emphasize certain aspects of the process or what you are looking for.

Please note that you can add live links to other content, websites, or URLs in the Special Instructions section. Additional information fields, such as Financial Aid, Interview, and Events support live links. Please include any related links that you want to provide the applicants via the SAO.
