Does SAO allow schools to have applications for multiple years?

Yes. SAO allows schools to have applications setups for two consecutive years:  

• SAO applications for the current year (if you have openings after the school year has begun, or in the second semester) 
• SAO applications for the upcoming year

If at any time you want to stop receiving applications for a particular year or certain grades within the year, you can pause those setups. SAO also allows you to reinstate any paused setups from within the two years if you have openings in the future. If you get to a point where you have openings for a specific grade, student, or residential type, we recommend that you pause the main setup that includes that grade, student, and residential type and publish a new setup to build an applicant pool for that specific grade.
