How long does EMA keep SAO application data in the system?

EMA Member Access Portal delivers and stores data for two consecutive years. As the years roll out, the data and files are no longer available to schools via the MAP. Though the data and files are no longer available via MAP, we understand that schools might have downloaded application materials for more than two years and those might exist in paper or digital format in schools' databases and systems.
