How often can I download the SPL from the Member Access Portal?

There is no limit to the number of times you can download the lists.

Because the data is constantly updated and families can opt in or out of the lists at any time, we highly recommend that you pull a new list before each communication to ensure you are excluding families who choose to opt out through EMA's system. If you prefer, you can download the list by “Added to List” filter. You can refer to your last download date available on your screen to download incrementally.
