How do I download The Snaphot results?

There are several options available for handling and downloading your Snapshot results from the Member Access Portal (MAP):

1. All Individual PDF results .zip (this is a zip file that includes each individual result PDF for each student who sent it to the school this year)
2. Only New Individual PDF results .zip (this is a zip file that includes each individual result PDF for each student since the last time the school pulled the zip file)
3. One Printable PDF with All Results (this is one single PDF doc with all results for each student who sent their results to the school this year)
4. One Printable PDF with New Results (this is one single PDF doc with all results for each student who sent their results to the school since the last time the school pulled the PDF file)
5. Download Results Data .csv all records (this is a .csv file that contains all the result data for each student who has shared results with the school this year)
6. Download new since last .csv was downloaded (this is a .csv file that contains all the result data for each student who has shared results with the school since the last time the school pulled the .csv file)

Which option is best? 

• The .zip file options are likely what you would want to use if you planned to use an import process to then match each PDF report to a student record in their system.
• The printable PDF files are obviously best if you plan to PRINT the results and then place them into different student folders
• The .csv option is what you would use to bring the DATA into YOUR system and match it into each student's record. The .csv is only data, no results PDF file.

Each of these three processes has a "since the last time" option.
