Sunaina Khanna is a Senior Product Manager for The Enrollment Management Association. Sunaina is responsible for interacting with a wide variety of database and service vendors to ensure that members’ experiences when they interact with our digital services are smooth and seamless. She drives our web services ecosystem, the product vision for the Standard Application Online (SAO), and helps to strategize how to continuously improve our member-facing portals. Before she moved into her current role, Sunaina served as our Standard Application Online (SAO) program manager, where she coordinated all aspects of the program, which at the time served more than 500 member schools as well as families worldwide. Prior to coming to The Enrollment Management Association, she worked at Citibank, India, and Tata Retail Enterprises, also in India. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and an MBA from Delhi University.
