Chief Member Relations Officer

The Chief Member Relations Officer, as a member of the association’s leadership team, works collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Testing and Research Officer, Chief Product & Technology Officer, Senior Director of Human Resources, and Executive Assistant to chart the direction of the organization and to ensure its effective operation and financial sustainability. The CMRO manages the following team: Outreach & Business Development; Marketing & Communications; Membership; and Leadership Programs. The CMRO acts as co-liaison to the association’s board committee on Member Services, charged with monitoring member satisfaction, engagement and growth.

Marketing/Communications Intern

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Intern assists and implements all marketing strategies by learning and implementing various integrated communications tactics essential for membership communication, professional development offerings, consumer test sales, and SAO growth.  The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting in all communication and marketing strategies defined by the business operations and The Enrollment Management Association’s strategic plan in an effort to positively impact the community, broaden the base of support for The Enrollment Management Association’s programs and services, and ensure maximum member satisfaction.

Product Management Intern

Product Interns at The Enrollment Management Association will be able to drive innovation and change by collaborating and working with our product team on real time projects. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in product management, market research, customer insights and critical problem solving. Working closely with the Product Manager, you will analyze customer needs and investigate new ways to meet those needs. You will participate in planning meetings with the product and engineering teams in order to learn about the product design and development lifecycle, as well as agile scrum methodology. You will also work with the marketing team to understand the appropriate brand messaging and outreach efforts.

Research Scientist for Character Assessment Programs

The Research Scientist for Character Assessment Programs is responsible for developing and executing the research agenda, analysis and technical documentation for character assessment products, product enhancements and product redesign. This position reports to Director of Character Assessment Programs.
