This presentation focuses on six strategies for driving traffic at the inquiry stage of the admission funnel. Drawing on ideas that generated a more than 115% increase in inquiries (and applications) though the last economic downturn, the presentation will explore acting on our schools’ dependence on word of mouth marketing and taking a fresh look at how school assets (reputation and facilities) can be leveraged through external and internal partnerships to build new, sizeable, and valuable constituencies of prospective families. The presentation will articulate the financial impact of these strategies and will provide simple, concrete, and transportable take-away materials and templates for delivering results.
