Why Be Leadership Literate? - Presentation

Why Be Leadership Literate? - Presentation

With Barbara Kellerman & James MacGregor Burns Lecturer in Public Leadership, Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government

In her most recent book, Leadership: Essential Selections on Power, Authority, and Influence, Professor Barbara Kellerman provides a concise yet expansive collection of the great leadership literature. She will explore these classics of the genre, and ask why, given the many millions of leadership books now readily available, these few works stand the test of time. She will further explore how being leadership literate is important to you in your capacity as a leader or manager, in your role as a student of leadership, and in your everyday life as a citizen of a rapidly changing world.
