Alternative Interview Techniques: The Multiple Mini Interview - Presentation

With Garth Chalmers, Director of Admissions,University of Toronto Schools (ON)

Learn about an innovative interview protocol in which candidates visit a number of stations (6-8) in order to respond to a question from a different interviewer at each station. The goal of Multiple Mini Interviews is to reduce bias in the admission interview and to improve its reliability in the admission process. The presentation will describe the method, including a demonstration and/or video to illustrate it.  It will alsoprovide both anecdotal and quantitative data inorder to support the assertion that the resultsare more reliable than a traditional interview.
