About The Enrollment Management Association Board

The Enrollment Management Association's board of trustees addresses its fiduciary and strategic duties led by the officers and the executive committee. The Association currently has four standing committees – finance, governance, member services, and emerging trends. The full board meets three times a year and has committees meetings via video-conference between board meetings. The board is dedicated to the Association's mission of providing unparalleled leadership and service in meeting the admission assessment and enrollment needs of schools, students, and families.

The Association's board of trustees has full authority over the affairs of a national member association. Specifically, the board of trustees oversees the administration of the Association, provides organizational support for executive leadership, ensures current and proposed programs and services align with the organization’s stated mission and purposes, exercises financial stewardship, approves the annual budget, and sets strategic direction.

The Enrollment Management Association board of trustees seeks individuals able to commit the time and attention required to provide exceptional service. The board values inclusivity, gender balance, and a diversity of backgrounds.

Chief Financial Officer
Reporting to and supporting the Executive Director/CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) works to set The Enrollment Management Association’s financial strategy, policy, and direction. The CFO will lead all financial administration, business planning, financial forecasting, scenario building, and budgeting processes. As a member of the leadership team, the CFO will work closely with the CEO, Chief Member Relations Officer, Chief Testing Officer, Chief Technology and Product Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Executive Assistant to drive the organization’s strategy. CFO will serve as staff liaison to EMA’s board Finance Committee. Senior Psychometrician
The primary responsibility of the Senior Psychometrician is to serve as the technical lead for the EMA Character Skills Snapshot program, conduct all aspects of the work necessary for score reporting, including scoring, item analysis, equating, quality assurance, trend analysis, and research to shape and fulfill the requirements for the Character Skills Snapshot program. Learn More

Quality Assurance Engineer
The Enrollment Management Association (EMA) QA Engineer is responsible for leading our automated software testing. The role is responsible for designing, building and maintaining the automation tests needed to assure proper performance of the EMA platform and the products it hosts. The QA Engineer will coordinate with both the product team and the development team on the release of new product initiatives. A commitment to collaborative problem solving and bug hunting in support of releasing a quality product is essential. This individual must be a critical thinker who can work well and effectively with a diverse team. The QA Engineer will contribute to team meetings and the overall engineering process. Must be detailed oriented, diligent and coordinate multiple tasks within the team and understand the entire software development life cycle (SDLC). Strong experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies is required. Learn More
