Title: Guidelines for Admission Officers During a Crisis

Topic: A crisis impacts a school like nothing else does. Some of that impact is obvious: Parents, students, faculty and staff and often alumni€ are affected by what happened. For the admission office, a crisis means that their messaging must to be consistent with what the head of school is saying and should address the concerns of prospective parents and students€ directly and convincingly. While each situation is unique, there are a number of guidelines that can help the admission office work successfully with prospective families during a crisis.
