Title: Assessment and the (Un)biased Mind

Topic: When making admission decisions we are faced with the daunting task of trying to see into the future with crystal balls that are cloudy, at best. This task is especially difficult because we want to achieve numerous goals and have multiple stakeholders to whom we are accountable.
