Keynote Speaker: Maureen Dowling, Director, Office of Non-Public Education, U.S. Department of Education (invited)

Title: The Independent Schooling Policy Landscape

Topic: The Office of Non-Public Education (ONPE) represents the interests, activities, and needs of the private elementary and secondary school community. With over 14 years experience at ONPE, Ms. Dowling is nationally recognized as an expert in this field. She will provide an overview of the current and future non-public landscape in Washington, DC, leaving ample time for questions and discussion.
