Master of Education in Enrollment Management and Policy
As a result of a partnership between The University of Southern California's Rossier School of Education and The Enrollment Management Association, an independent school cohort was created for the school's Leadership in Enrollment Management certificate program. EMA has awarded nearly 40 scholarships for this program, assisting independent school enrollment professionals as they expand their knowledge and skills and actively advance their careers. USC Rossier has announced that they have created a new master's degree program in enrollment management, and EMA is pleased to promote it to our membership. EMA does not offer scholarships for this program and is not a joint sponsor; we simply believe this program is an excellent addition to any enrollment management practitioner's portfolio.
The University of Southern California's Master of Education in Enrollment Management and Policy (EMP) program is a credit bearing, degree granting program that prepares candidates for professional roles and leadership in admission, financial aid, orientation, student retention, and strategic enrollment planning and management at colleges, universities, and private preparatory schools.
Students will gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and dispositions necessary to lead in the complex admission and enrollment management field. The program also explores research, policy, and practice in greater depth, culminates in a fully developed enrollment management plan as a capstone experience, and results in a Master of Education in enrollment management and policy degree.
Designed to be convenient for working professionals, the program is completed online with up to two on-campus immersion experiences. The interactive online format provides the opportunity to learn from some of the most respected enrollment leaders from institutions across the United States.
This program is ideal for early- to mid-career professionals focused on becoming future leaders in enrollment management, and current leaders who do not have a master’s degree.
Note: EMA is promoting this program on behalf of USC Rossier; it is not a joint offering.
