Dallas JosephVP of Finance and Operations, Baylor School (TN)

Dallas’s nearly 25 years of professional experience in various roles in private colleges and K-12 schools lend to our board a valuable perspective. He has worked in the areas of human resources, auxiliary services, comptroller office, financial aid, campus police, facilities, planning, and purchasing. Before coming to the Baylor School (Tennessee), he served as vice president for finance and operations at Fisk University, vice president for finance at Suomi College, and controller at Shaw University. He holds a MBA from Campbell University’s Fetterman Graduate School of Business, and an undergraduate degree in accounting control systems from the University of North Texas. Dallas is the board chair for the National Business Officers Association.
